We teach Virtual Yoga at your desk, conference room, or on your yoga mat at home.

Chair and Desk Yoga

Choice:(30, 45 or 60 minutes) – Balance your mind and body and experience proper alignment, breathing and awareness to self, by doing yoga poses in a chair! This highly effective sequence is designed to improve your posture, release tension from your neck, shoulder, and wrist, and include poses to release stiffness from your back and hips. No mat is required, just you and your chair.

Yoga Flow on the Mat

Choice:(30, 45 or 60 minutes) – This class is designed keeping in mind —a little bit of everything for everyone, from beginners to experienced participants. We cover nice deep stretching from head to toe, neck and shoulders, hip openers, legs, core, and balance. This yoga session will help you reduce stress, improve your posture, strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

 

Power Flow Series for Everybody

 Choice:(30 – 45  minutes) – We designed our powerflow series for every body- of all levels. This will be the full body stretching from head to toe moving through strengthening the upper body, opening chest, tightening the core muscles, legs, and flexing the back.
