Chair & Desk Yoga

(30, 45 or 60 minutes) – Experience proper alignment, breath and posture awareness, from just doing poses in a chair! This highly effective sequence is designed to bring awareness to your breath and relax your mind and body. No mats, just you and your chair.

 

Yoga on the Mat

(30, 45 or 60 minutes) – Explore the profound benefits of bringing Meditation to your workplace. This well rounded yoga on the mat class will help you reduce stress, improve posture, increase your strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling relieved, refreshed and grounded. Awaken and align! Move through postures with breath and awareness to strengthen, stretch, and relax the body.

Refresh & Energize

(30, 45 or 60 minutes) – This class is designed to clear your mind, balance your body, and restore your energy. We include energizing breath work and guided meditation. Relieve unnecessary stiffness and tension for a deeply revitalizing experience.

 

Mindfulness Meditation

(30, 45, or 60 minutes) We’ll start our session with simple stretching and breathing practice to prepare the body for guided, seated meditation. We will be practicing basic and simple techniques of mindfulness to bring clarity and calmness to the mind and relax the body during and after the practice. No mats or change of clothing are required.
